I've always gone through decalgirl.com for my psp/ds/etc skins. Really good quality, easy to apply, and you can take them off later without leaving nasty glue residue everywhere.
I'm not sure if they have a louis vuitton skin or not though. If they don't, you may want to try uniqueskins.com, they do the same type of vinyl skins but allow you to custom design your own.
